2016 ICMI Awards: Judges Select Dizzion as a Best New Technology Finalist
The International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) today announced the finalists of the Annual Global Contact Center Awards. The awards honor leadership, vision, innovation and strategic accomplishments within the contact center industry.
Dizzion’s Cloud Delivered Desktops (and zLink) have been selected as one of the five finalists in the Best New Technology category – a new category for the 2016 awards. We’re proud to have been selected and will be present in May at the ICMI Contact Center Expo & Conference. Winners and finalists will be celebrated during the fourth annual ICMI Global Contact Center Awards Party on Wednesday, May 11 in conjunction with the Expo & Conference.
